We ship worldwide directly from Japan 🇯🇵

Shipping Method:
Japan Post International Airmail. All items are packed in secure bubble mailers.

Shipping Rate:
¥1,000 flat rate worldwide.

Delivery Time:
7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs).

Processing Time:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Tracking:
Tracking is included for most orders. Small/light orders may ship without tracking.

Customs Fees:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes charged by their country.

Return & Refund Policy – Pika Packs Japan

Because Pokémon cards are sealed collectible items, all sales are final.

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Opened booster packs

Mystery packs

Change of mind

Pull results (cards inside are random)

Items damaged by the customer

We DO offer refunds or replacements if:

We shipped the wrong item

The item arrives damaged

The package is lost in transit (after Japan Post investigation)
